Fees & Rebates

Each psychologist independently determines their own fees. Please get in touch to discuss our rates.

Payment of the full fee is required at the end of each consult, after which we can process your Medicare claim. We can accept payments via EFTPOS (including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). Please let us know in advance if you intend to pay with cash as we do not keep cash on site but can organise change as required on the day.

Medicare provides rebates for clients who have been referred with a Mental Health Treatment Plan by their GP and will cover 10 consults per calendar year. The current Medicare rebate is $141.85 for a consult with a clinical psychologist, and $96.65 for a consult with a registered psychologist. We will process your Medicare rebate for you, which will be paid directly to the bank account you have registered with Medicare. It is usually quick for the rebate to be received, however, please allow for 48 hours for the rebate to process in case of delays.

Private health insurers offer different rebate options. Please check your insurer to determine your coverage. We are unable to process private health claims at this time but can provide you with receipt information as requested in order to make a claim directly with your provider.

If a third party will be funding your treatment, (e.g., WorkCover, NDIS, CTP), please provide documentation from your case manager to confirm that funding has been approved. Clients are responsible for the management of their approval status with their insurer and will remain liable for unpaid fees.
